for those who brought home your files , remember to write bar numbers .
i have already wrote bar numbers for bass clar and 2 third files .
i want those who didnt came for band on friday to pass me their letters / MCs or passport by thursday .
THIS COMING THURSDAY .
and i really meant it .
for those who didnt pass them to me on thruday will get it from me .
and i had already smsed everyone that there will be band on this thursday and friday .
dont come telling me that you didnt know .
i wont accept that as a reason .

I'm sorry people for not posting for so long!
i guess the blog's like so dead.
1) Please practice on your solo concert songs! I'm very sure you all dont want to be embarassed infront of the whole band right! So please do practice hard okay! I really wanna see all the sec1s play something to prove to me that the past few months you spent learning the instru hasnt gone to waste! :D. I really look forward to seeing a wonderful performance put up by you all! :D
2) Practice your clarinets at home! As you all have heard, our section is one of the weakest in the whole band now. As a member of the section, you all cannot sit back and do nothing! The least you all can do is to put in a little effort to make a difference to the sound! Therefore, sec1s please at least try to play the first and last few note of a bar. If you never try, you would never be able to complete the piece.
Dont make things difficult for weitian as well. She have indeed tried her best to lead the section, but you arent cooperative! From now onwards whatever she say, the due respect you can give her is to listen, and carry out willingly.
3) For those whose parents have been complaining about the SI days on thursday or monday, please approach Weitian or myself so we would give you all a consent form to acknowledge!
4) Lastly, please please bring your NOTEBOOKS and PENCILS starting from next practice! It's just 100grams of stuffs. So it wont hurt by being a responsible band member to bring a notebook and pencil!
5) Most probably, there will be an upcoming section outing during the september holidays to welcome the sec1s! We didnt even have time to go out together. So now, i want you all to give your suggestions through the tagboard! Later this week, we will discuss and give you all an answer! Please keep the suggestions coming! [:
Goodluck for your upcoming exams! If half of the section got 30 As including A1s and A2s, i would treat you all to something! So work hard alright! :D

i hardly guess you all will still view it.
anyway, the bandstore would be open in the morning on monday, at 6.45 for you all to sign in your instruments. please try to force yourself to wake up earlier, so as to save all the hassle of carrying your instruments around!
secondly, there will be a compulsory sectionals for those sec1s who missed their holiday practices at 3 pm. please try to be here since you all have already missed so many practices.
lastly, those who did not come for any band practices, please give me your MCs/letters/passports for attendace sake. IF YOU DONT, ITS YOUR ATTENDANCE AT STAKE and I WOULD BE PUNISHED! so dont sabo me hor and do you part by giving me. (: thanks!

i'm sorry i didnt posted for so long.
but yup.
the sec4s have officially stepped down.
its kinda sad though.
BUT.
please come back hor. once we see you all, we will be happy! :D
you need to come back to help the juniors in attaining the gold we always wanted!
and juniors refering to the sec2s, you musnt start slacking!
cos some of you are already taking up posts in band.
and you have to start to be independent hor!
if not we stepped down, the section sure KO.

2) the 1st 8 minor scales
3) Chromatics no. 1
4) Arpeggios no.1-4
5) Intervals no. 1-16
you'll be auditioned!
i want to thank Asyiqin on behalf of the section for the things you have contributed to the section! you're just like another Amirah, the joker of the section. you have brought lots of laughter, joy to the section. and we really wished we could make you stay in clarinet section.
still, dont forget us okay! cos we will always remember the one who's laughing so hard and always causing "earthquakes"! HAHAHA. :D. all the best in saxophone! we LOVE you! :D

CCA stand down already ryte?? So, u all must start ur revision already..Study hard k? BUTT!!! don't u dare forget to practice for ur audition when CCA resumes..Although i'm not in the section anymore, i will always take note about the section becoz this section will always be my best section ever..so, u guys must stop saying that i am a betrayer to the section coz i will feel very sad and guilty if u guys keep on saying that..AND!!! dun forget to always cooperate with Yilin & *ehem ehem* Yi Zhi..Respect them..just do what they want u to do k? DUN TALK BACK!! especially the Sec 1s..
Anyways, about the section outing on 11 April 2009, Saturday, u guys will have to be at Tampines Interchange at 1.00pm SHARP!! Bring at least $10 or more OR u will have to eat outside..hahahah..no laa..joking only..i won't let any of u feel left out..Attire, up to u..but must cut fingernails k? hahaha..joking only..chey, welfare sey..after eating, we may be going to Tampines Stadium for jogging..coz i want u guys to lose weight..hahaha..NO OFFENCE K?

Firstly, well done to all of u for maintaing a Silver standard for DAMAI WINDZ!! I'm very proud of all of u..for ur hardwork dat u have put in..so, for those who are still feel sad or disappointed, cheer up k? No one should feel sad becoz we all did our best already ryte? There's no point crying over something dat could not be change..No matter what happens, we will go through together as a Clarinet Section..so, must always smile and stay happy k??
Secondly, well done to da Sec 1s for doing a good job yesterday during da combined band..i'm really very proud of all u..so, u guys must keeping practising to be da best..or u guys would rather choose to regret later..
of coz u guys will choose da first option ryte? and i'm surprised dat most of u brought back ur clarinets home..GD! must always be like dat k? Ohya, dun forget to always be better than ur seniors..and always remember dat i will always believe dat all of u could do
it..
Next, for da seniors, u guys did a great job in teaching da Sec 1s..WELL DONE PPL!!! I'm really very proud of u...so u guys must continue teaching them k? Must know when to be strict to them or to joke with them..So dat our section will always be da best section ever..
Lastly, i really want our section to bond together..and although da Sec 4s are stepping down soon, we must keep on maintaining our standard..better still, improve our standard for da SYF in 2011..and to the Sec 4s, we, clarinettists will always remember u as a great clarinettist, a great senior and most importantly, a best friend..Ohya, dun forget to always come back to help us k? =)
